They must follow the provided guidelines and inform Weight Goals with Aba of any changes in their circumstances that may affect their journey.
3. Confidentiality and Privacy
We respect the privacy of our clients and will handle all personal and health-related information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We will not disclose any personal information without the client’s consent unless required by law or in cases of potential harm to the client or others. We will not display pictures or testimonials of any clients unless agreed upon.
4. Payments and Refunds
Clients agree to pay the specified fees for plans and services provided. Payments are typically made upfront or according to the agreed-upon schedule. There are no refunds for purchased plans and consultations. Refunds may be provided for custom services based on the terms outlined in the refund policy, if applicable.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights associated with our services, plans, and programs, including but not limited to meal plans, programs, and educational materials, remain the property of Weight Goals with Aba. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use these materials for personal purposes only.
6. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our plans and programs. Clients assume all risks associated with their journey and agree to release us from any claims or liabilities.
7. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients through appropriate means, and continued use of the service will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
