  • Salt to taste
  • Oat flour mix
  • Sausages
  • Oil to fry




  • Peel and cut your ripe plantain into smaller pieces
  • Add your ginger, onions and powdered pepper and some salt to taste
  • Blend till smooth
  • Mix your blended plantain with your oat flour
  • Cut sausages into smaller pieces
  • Coat sausages with plantain mix
  • Fry until golden
  • Blot oil and serve!
