Cooking Pan


  • Fry your palm oil with onions and add stock fish
  • Add blended ginger, garlic, onion, habanero pepper
  • Add blended tomatoes and scotch bonnet pepper and stir
  • Add your beef and smoked mackerel after some minutes and add agushie paste
  • Cook for 10 minutes and add steamed kontonmire
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes and serve.
