Achieve Your Weight Goals with Aba

Gari Jollof


  • Seasoned shrimps
  • 1 can of sardines
  • 1/2 cup of gari
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 cup Stew/ sauce base
  • 1 medium sized onion.
  • salt to taste
  • Green scotch bonnet peppers for heat.



Skillet or Pan


  • In a hot skillet on low heat fry your shrimps until translucent.
  • Add onions and fry on low heat until soft.
  • Add your stew or sauce.
  • Turn off heat
  • In a separate bowl rehydrate Gari with just a little water and salt.
  • Gently add gari to sauce in skillet
  • Add sardines and mix together.
  • Your Jollof is ready in less than 15 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
