Ebunuebunu (Green) Soup


  • 2 large onions
  • 4 large tomatoes
  • Kontonmire
  • Habanero pepper
  • Ginger
  • Turkey berries
  • Crab
  • Salted beef
  • Snails
  • Smoked mackerel
  • Scotch bonnet


Cooking Pan


  • Boil kontomire with ginger, tomatoes, onions, turkey berries, habanero pepper and water
  • Remove kontonmire and vegetables after some minutes
  • Cook your crab, salted beef and snails with onions
  • Add blended vegetables to cooked meat and add water
  • Let it cook for 20 minutes
  • Add smoked mackerel and stir gently
  • Add salt to taste
  • Add blended kontonmire
  • Stir gently and add scotch bonnet to color
  • Cook for 15 more minutes and serve.
