Bulgur porridge


  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of bulgur.
  • Sweetener of your choice.



Cooking Pan


  • Pour water in saucepan
  • Add your milk and stir
  • Allow it boil for a while and add your 1/2 cup of bulgur
  • Boil for 30-40 mins until liquid is absorbed
  • Cook on low heat and serve when ready
