Goals Dressing

A creamy dressing that’s not only delicious, but also incredibly healthy with half the calories than your usual store bought dressing! Try this with your salads, coleslaws, veggie bowls or basically anything that would go well with some creamy dressing

Ingredients

2 scoops of Greek yoghurt

1 clove of garlic (minced)

1 tablespoon mustard

1 tablespoon white pepper

1 tablespoon black pepper

Equipment

A whisk

Instructions

• In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yoghurt and garlic until smooth

• Add the mustard and whisk until combined

• Season with black pepper and white pepper to taste

• Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator  up to a week
