Potatoes with assorted meat and vegetables

Ingredients

  • 3  Large boiled potatoes
  • 3 strips of bacon
  • 2 chicken Sausages
  •  1 whole garlic
  • 1 large white onion

Equipment

Frying Pan

Instructions

  • Slice and par boil potatoes  with garlic and butter
  • Chop up bacon and sausages
  • Chop up onions and crush garlic.
  • Fry up bacon until crispy
  • In oil from bacon , fry up sausages.
  • In the same skillet, fry potatoes until crispy on all sides.
  • Add garlic and onions.
  • Cover up the potatoes and let it steam for an additional 7 minutes
  • Serve!

Recipe Note: par boil means boiling partially, a fork shouldn’t be able to pass through your potatoes.
